What is the difference between CTET paper 1 and paper 2 ?

The CTET paper is conducted in two categories:

Paper I: This paper is for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes I to V.

Paper II: This paper is for a person who intends to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII

If a candidate intends to teach both the levels (classes I to V and classes VI to VIII) then they will be required to appear in both the papers (Paper I and Paper II).
