UGC NET Age Limit

There is no upper age limit for appearing in the UGC NET Professorship exam, whereas candidates must be less than or equal to 30 years of age to be eligible for the JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) post. UGC NET Salary 2024 will range between Rs, 30000 to Rs.60000. The UGC NET In Hand Salary for candidates who qualify for the Assistant Professor position in a University or College ranges from approximately Rs. 40,000 as per the 7th Pay Commission, along with various other benefits and allowances. Those who clear the UGC NET Examination with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) are entitled to receive a stipend of Rs. 37,000 per month, along with House Rent Allowance (HRA).
